"Enquiries Completed Transactional"
Anyone know what the above statement means? I'm tracking our conveyancing (we're FTBs) online and all the searches are back but this last one is still unticked..... it's directly after "All Initial Enquiries Raised Transactional" so can I assume it might be things like getting various certificates for things in the house…

House Valuations from Zoopla
Hi All, Friend of mine has seen a house that he likes and put in an offer about 6K below the asking price. The E/A told him that the house price had already been dropped by 8K so the seller would not accept a bid below the current asking price. Friend then agreed the asking price. However, I just checked the Zoopla website…

Changing the date of vacating the property (tenancy)
Evening all. We've been renting with a private landlord for 3 years (no agency). Recently we gave him notice that we'd be moving out on 26th Aug. Since then the situation with our next flat has changed - we're buying and we've been informed we wouldn't be able to complete by 26th. So we have to complete on 19th Sept.…

Flat purchase turning into a big headache (help!)
We are within days away from agreeing dates for exchange & completion. I went to inspect the property one last time. Fortunately or unfortunately I did! The place was in a total mess. Offer Accepted a Week Ago...Nothing Since?
Hi guys, We accepted an offer on our property a week ago, and instructed our solicitors immediately. Our buyers had an AIP with their bank, but did not have a solicitor appointed. At the time our EA said they could not send out a confirmation of sale until she had their solicitor's details. Since then, we have heard…
