Reducing house price
Hi, We are thinking of reducing the price of our house due to lack of interest. Would you recommend doing a straight forward price reduction or adding a money incentive (eg. 5% of deposit paid on completion). Are there any cons to offering such a deal ? Many thanks in advance

Outstanding property
Makes me smile. http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-22711123.html Mirror in lounge - what is it reflecting? Carpet in bathroom. Tres chic. And also it's Two/Four Bedrooms... C'mon lets have a giggle at some amusing estate agent speak: This EA "is delighted to present arguably one of the most outstanding…

Deposit reduction for items left in fridge
Hello, hoping someone can give us some advise on ‘fair charges’ being taken from the deposit on the house we’ve just finished renting. Buy to Let - Mortgage rates
I have a BTL property at an LTV of about 60%. The mortgage deal I am on at the moment is due to come up next year, and I was wondering what people thought likely to be happening to BTL rates, and whether they are going to be so high that I ought to start thinking about selling. Any thoughts / help much appreciated!
