When's the best time to do this?
My daughter is in her 1st year at Uni, living in halls. I'd like to buy a house for her to live in (with a couple of mates) for the next 2 years of her course. When should I start looking? Guide to evicting a tenant.....
If they make your life hell not paying rent for no legit reason, make the life of the tenant hell too.. Always worked for me and they never ended up taking the p*ss for too long. Works both ways too.. If i have good tenants i treat them very well, and go out of my way to do so.
