house developers sites- for first timers
so ideally were looking for somewhere that has a half decent rear garden, and a garage would be a huge bonus for my project/track cars etc.
i have been told about compnays that build houses and then sell them and that some good deals can be had. who are the best companys to check out. and are they worth it. is there thing i should look out for, or things i should look for. this is going to be long term as we both dont want to be moving around while raising a family.
we currently have a rent of £495 plus bills every month, so i suppose ill be having to try find out mortages that suit that and our budget as i really dont knwo where to look. tho some great info on the site, cheers.

Jonathan, do you mean big developers? Just google for new homes in the area you are interested in or look on rightmove or findaproperty - when you have found developments in the area you are interested in, give a link on here for people to see them0

If you are looking for somewhere with a garage and a 1/2 decent rear garden, then as a first time buyer, perhaps you would do better to look at a resale home? After the uprising of the 17th June The Secretary of the Writers Union
Had leaflets distributed in the Stalinallee Stating that the people
Had forfeited the confidence of the government And could win it back only
By redoubled efforts. Would it not be easier In that case for the government
To dissolve the people
And elect another?0
