We've been there for 4 months and are model tenants - always pay rent on time, very house proud, etc. We have a assured shorthold tenancy agreement for a fixed term, ending this October. Plough into Mortgage now, or wait till remortgage
Hi Is it better to put £10k of savings into my mortgage now, or wait till I remortgage in a year and then take a lower mortgage. If I put money in now, is it not just the interest I will be reducing rather than the capital? My mortgage is 4.99% and I can save at a higher rate than that for a year.
