Does anyone know of any good websites where you can find a room/flat to rent. I have been looking on gumtree, but wonder if there are any other good websites that come recommended. I am looking in the London area.
Cheers

Findaproperty.com is good, though that said I've had most success actually walking round the area I'm looking and talking to letting agents.Hurrah, now I have more thankings than postings, cheers everyone!0

Try just googling your local area plus "rent" - I came up with some local accommodation boards that way when looking to rent in the Cambridgeshire area a few years ago.
Alternatively, local papers and visiting local estate agents is a good way to go.0 -
I've just started looking for a flatmate so I put an ad up on www.moveflat.com, and I've had a lot of interest so far, so I'd recommend giving them a try. HTH!2015 comp wins - £370.25
