Anyone used small claims for deposit refund??

Have just begun this process with moneyclaimonline. The statement that has come in the post from them says Northampton court-is this usual? We are nowhere near Northampton! Also when will i be able to supply the letters and documents that I have to support my case? Do we actually have to go to court and If so what is it like???

Have you read the Q&A section of the moneyclaimonline website? IIRC, Northampton is the place where the online stuff is done, you submit your case and evidence thru the post, if they decide to defend, it will be re-allocated to a court nearer to where you live.0
