Male grey hair - how to reduce?
Can anyone recommend a way of reducing the appearance of grey hair without going for a full dye as such? I started going grey in my early twenties and used to dye it using Just For Men but I realised it looked fake and slightly absurd so stopped. Now in my forties, I'm going quite grey which is contrasting with my…

Air Optix query
Morning. I'm preparing to do a long haul flight to Australia and found a packet of these 'night and day' lenses left over from from previous trips. They are stamped 2014/06 so I'm guessing that's the expiry date! Is that correct or can they be safely used for the 20 hour flight? I've got Clariti for everyday use. Thanks.

Bootea - Detox
I'm liking the idea of doing a detox diet, but can't decide if it is a waste of money and if I should just look into "eating less" for a few days. Has anyone has any experience with the detox teas etc. that you can buy?

Mirena Coil - after effects
Hi there, Just wondered if anyone else could shed some light on their own experiences. I had the coil fitted on the Wednesday, and got my usual period on the Monday - that was over 3 weeks ago.... and it goes on and on. Will I ever be normal again? Is this normal? Will it balance out? Any info please

My endless dental grief
Dear all, I had my UR6 tooth root-treated by an Endondontist about 9 years ago (and paid around £750 for this). The pain never settled however the Endodontist would not revisit the tooth as there was no obvious sign of infection. A few months later a Maxillofacial Surgeon explored the tooth surgically and noted an…

Recommendations for an anti-perspirant for men
Hi, As the title suggests I was wondering if anyone can recommend me an anti-perspirant for men as I am fed up with the usual supermarket ones. I'm looking for something that obviously does the anti-perspirant thing well, but that also has a distinctive aroma that lasts through the day. Contrary to what I should be saying…

Can any Pharmacies provide most prescription medicines without having to pre-order?
I'm wondering if some Pharmacies offer a wider range of prescription medicines on demand without having to pre-order and wait three days as with my local chemist, Mcparlands. Even then they sometimes can't fulfil the complete order and I have to come back again. Some of these drugs I've been ordering for years on a routine…

Juicemaster?
Hi everyone, I'm on day 2 of Jason Vale's 3 Day Detox. Currently I feel zombie-fied and extremely tired but I'm hoping I get a positive result by Saturday morning. I decided to give juicing a try for a number of reasons. I'd developed a very unhealthy relationship with food and had got into the cycle of binging and…
