Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are incapable of forming such opinions.

No, I think there has always been a tax on sanitary products, including pads.0

We pay 5% at present, (the rate was 17.5% from 1973 until 2000. I was surprised to read that most European countries place sanitary products in the 20% tax band.0

True, but VAT is for 'luxury items' which feminine hygiene products certainly are not, and it's bizarre that they were ever classified as such.sealed pot challenge 9 #0040
