i bought a step before christmas and now with the january fitness i want to try and shed a few pounds. The step came with a few instructions but i want to watch something preferably that i can download to encourage me a bit. I am reluctant to buy a dvd as i get bored too easily. can anyone suggest any free downloads thanks
