Alternative to Estee Lauder Spotlight

Following on from the foundation thread, could anyone recommend a cheap alternative to EL Spotlight, this is a highlighter (pink toned) and primer all in one its also almost identical to MAC Strobe Cream, I have tried clear primers but they do nothing from me, namely magix and soap n glory, beige tinted ones make me look over made up and without that glowing effect, not buying spotlight is not just about saving cash for me, unfortunately after a few weeks of use it make me break out:( Any suggestions welcome:)

salesaddict, thank you for the recommendation for the No 7 product, I grabbed one the other day and used my £5 off voucher, I've used it twice so far and it gives a lovely glow and a little goes a long way, hoping for no breakouts and I'm good to go:TI get on well with the oil control base from No 7 so don't think there should be a problem, thanks again and very mse compared to the EL product:D
