cheap places/things to do around Poole

Newcastle - airport parking
Does anyone know if you can leave your car overnight at the Metro park and rides in Newcastle? We are going on a three-day break, but airport parking is going to cost more than the hol itself and due to an early flight public transport all the way ain't an option.
