Maybe the Eon company representative can answer this. An elderly relative is on Eon's AgeUK Fixed Price July 2013 tariff, at which date does she qualify for the Cold weather payment? For the current AgeUK tariff, Eon's website says January but looking at last years bill it was paid in May. What is the qualifying date?
