This is because my house is a new build and that the pipe work under the house is not on the national grid,therefor is owned by a third party for whom my energy supplier (EDF) pay them for the use. Can power companies back date their price increases by 2 months? Just had a letter dated the 25/1/11 informing me of a price increase from the 25/11/10 !!!
