I am paying £180 a month for electricity, I have no running hot water or heating on for this sum. Am i paying too much as I am in local authority housing and they claim this is economically viable? Is there a charge to change a prepayment card meter to an ordinary gas meter? Similarly for a pre-payment card electricity meter. Hi Just received an email dated 21/1 from Scot Power telling me that the gas and electric tariffs would rise. Nothin unusual in that except they tell me the prices will apply from the 25th of November. I can't remember anything coming in snail mail so any chance I could argue the rise should apply from when I was notified?

swalec meter key error... help!
Stupidly, ive mixed our key up with an old one, or thrown it out and found 2 old ones..... Im quite sure i have the key that works (key1) to top up our meter, but when i insert to check it says error 4.. does anyone know what this means? the old key displays error 6 so hopefully im right in the fact key 1 works.... thanks
