Stupidly, ive mixed our key up with an old one, or thrown it out and found 2 old ones.....

Im quite sure i have the key that works (key1) to top up our meter, but when i insert to check it says error 4.. does anyone know what this means?

the old key displays error 6 so hopefully im right in the fact key 1 works.... thanks

if both keys have errors then how can one be the right one?
Ring there 24/7 number and they will get someone out to bring you a new key at a cost of £60 which they normally just add as a debt on the meter at £3 a week.

A new key.. 60 quid. I really don't think so. If the key is causing an error, call them and they'll send someone to fix it.
  • Well as there isn't credit on they keys and I don't know what the error codes mean, I was hoping it was the key I needed to save paying £60. Suppose I'll have to call them out...
