British Gas I need Help

I am with British Gas, I make a payment to B.G every week, 90 pounds in credit, made payment of 5 pounds yesterday and saw i was 134 pounds in debit.
Called B.G and was told I have to set up a payment plan, I lost my job January 2011, so last night i registered with B.G online and found YOUR Account history 16 ANY STREET TN6 5YU, WHEN MY ADDRESS IS 16A ANY STREET TN6 5YU. B.G HAVE NOW CLOSED DOWN THIS ACCOUNT AS ITS STOPPED WORKING. THE GUY AT b.g last night kept saying something is not right but said i will have to pay.
Spoke to B.G Today and was told don't worry about this its just a computer fault. We live in a house that's been made into flats and i was told it's the right meter for this flat.
Our kwh reading is 5618.0 B.G told me it works out around 17.50 per week we have 5 radiators but only have 3 rad working at a time, 2 hours during the day and 3 hours at night, My mum has her fire going from 8 am in the morning till 12 pm at night 7 days a week and her bill is 50.00 per month.
I have saved there documents in PDF which shows our neighbors door number ON MY account. What is my best method to get this corrected bill was for 214.00 pounds, i have a letter that's states 29.00 per month for 12 months on B.G LETTER HEADED.
