Gas Meter Readings

Hello, hope someone can enlighten me? iam justabout to sort out a new electricity and gas provider. using u-switch (or one of the other sites) current provider is Eon according to my meters i used 4196 units of electricity over the past year . The gas meter readings say that i used 474 ? (whatever the units are ) could someone let me know how to convert this into KwH . I cant seem to find a way to seperate the gas and electricity usage on my on-line account so any help is much appreciated.

Many thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Working through the conversion, a rough guide is to multiply the cubic feet ( we have a very old meter) by 31 to give KwH.

You can contact E.ON and they will give you your usage in kWh for the last year to input in to the sites.

Or you can send me your details to my email address in my profile page and I will do it for you

On your online account you can view the charges and usage separately by viewing the actual bill, this will show you the breakdown.
