British gas have no record of my meter
British gas say they have no record of my meter, although I have paid bills for the last 5 yrs, they have recently sent me a bill for £3000 for 5 yrs gas. The meter reading was estimated at 00000 last October. Are they having a laugh or what, this is not funny.

Comparison Sites unable to compare my "Energy Assist" Social tarif with EDF
Hi Any advice anyone? I've been with EDF for about 4 years. I am on a low income and am therefore on an Energy Assist tariff with EDF.
