Scottish Power Applications not working through TopCashback!
At least not for me.
Have already made two recent applications, first 6 weeks ago and second 5 days ago. 'Promised c/back earnings' now £43 less than at first time.
Done all the right things, cookies & sites visited cleared. Received online confirmation from SP "Thank you, your application has been successfully submitted." Sales tracked ok on TCB. Other purchases working fine.
Yet when I contacted SP they "have no record of my applications."
Although it might be more expedient to go elsewhere, or stay as I am, have now made a third application through Quidco yesterday, which tracked quickly.
But as yet today, SP again say they have no record of this at present time, but advise that I will need to wait until Monday to find out if confirmed or not!
Didn't have this problem last year with changing to EDF. Pity I can't apply to them again as a new customer, as they are
offering £100 direct I believe.
Am I alone with my current problem of applications to SP?
