Tier useage
I notice a lot of the suppliers have different tiers depending on useage. Is the useage calculated monthly, quarterly or annually? For example, do they calculate 1 months useage and then the next month start again or does it cumulate?

My boyfriend and I are about to move into a new property (for the 1st time). As far as we know the elec is metered, but not too sure about the gas. How do i find out who is the cheapest?
