Letter from Eon
I've had a letter from Eon today advising that my EnergyOnline Extra Saver deal which I signed up to last year ends on 1 April 2009. They are going to transfer me to the EnergyOnline deal. Bearing in mind the 9% drop from 31 March, how is this new EnergyOnline deal likely to compare to the EnergyOnline Extra Saver deal?

Npower Overcharging Rebate - A Guide
I started this thread in order to keep this issue separate from the 'sculpting' thread. This overcharging is not in dispute and provided you have the appropriate billing information it is fairly simple to check if you were a victim or not. 'Sculpting', unfortunately is not so cut and dried. Many past and present npower…

Reading Gas Meters - British Gas
We use BG for our gas supply (we only have a cooker so bills are small). But the last couple of bills were estimated. The last but one was underestimated, the next was about right. It seems that unlike our electricity bill from EDF where we can submit our reading if the estimate is out enough and get another bill, doing…
