Ebay tell me to lie!!!
So for several days I have been trying to get Ebay to tell me why my listing, Item number: 132698390400, for a house in France does not show when anyone searches for a "house in France" After many frustrating messages I have now been told to change the item location to UK! Just done that and will wait and see if that helps.

How to reactivate a papypal account
My friend has / had a paypal account many years ago and can no longer access it. Also, if she tries to open a new one she gets a message saying that there is already an account matching her bank account / bank card. I believe she has gone down the reset password route without success. Do any of you know whether one can…

Cash on collection problem. Help please
Hi I have sold a heavy item on Ebay and the buyer is collecting in 3 days time and paying cash. He has just emailed me asking me to mark the item as paid as he keeps getting emails from Ebay telling him to pay or he will get an unpaid case against him. Any other way around this? If I mark it as paid (even though he hasn't)…

Now the buyer, has sent a picture of the box ripped stating that he does not want to accept the trainers. The box was in pristine condition when sent (have pics to prove) and I believe…

Negative Feedback :(
I sold a widget last week. Posted it Monday, and heard nothing more then today a negative feedback saying "was sent wrong item, also can get this cheaper elsewhere" I contacted the buyer and asked for a photo of what he received so that I could investigate. He replied with a photo of the BACK of the widget and comparing it…

eBay auto-relisting and changing offer settings on live listings
I had a couple of listings automatically relist on eBay, thought this was odd as I never check that box, if things don't sell I either change the listing or leave it a while and relist. I checked all my other live listings and the box to relist if they didn't sell was unchecked. When these listings ended they all relisted…

Ebay sign in
Recently when I go to sign into Ebay it says password does not match even though my password is saved in my Firefox browser. The only way I get in is by going down the lost password route getting a text message and re-entering the same password and saving. How do I correct this and why is it happening?

This scam has surfaced again
http://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/news/article-5964111/Navy-veteran-tells-duped-selling-bogus-tractors-eBay.html Yes it's an obvious scam and hopefully no one on here would fall for it but I see these jobs over and over again on Facebook groups. I always try and warn people but have actually been removed from one or two…

Posting everything tracked
Yet another buyer saying he hasn't received an item. I sent it 2nd class on Tuesday 10/7 - sold on Monday evening 9/7. He asked me to send it straight away as he was going on holiday abroad on Friday 13/7. Opened a case today, without asking me anything. I responded, no reply, it just seems strange that he has done this…

Shift Work and Post Office access
Hey all, I work a four on four off shift pattern, which leaves me unable to get to a post office when I'm on shift. I have an occasional clear out of stuff from my house, and schedule eBay auctions to end when I'm off shift, which has been working out fairly well. However I have a few items that are higher value, but don't…

How to track fees?
Hello! I've recently started selling stuff on eBay and would like to properly track what I earn. I'm wondering what people use to calculate their profits after eBay and Paypal fees? Is there a spreadsheet or online tool that gives a clear breakdown that you can recommend? Thanks!

One way to save money on cheap 99p eBay items from China
I can't believe I didn't spot this before, but buying cheap items direct from China on a different international eBay sites can save 30%. Its a bit of a running joke in my family but I admit I do buy quite a lot of cheap "bits and pieces" direct from China. I can't see how a watch strap, audio lead or phone case can be…

Buyer trying to get a refund - help
Hi all I sold an IPL hair removal device on eBay 3 weeks ago. In pristine condition and I tested to be working (and videoed). How do I stop masses of 'unsold items' emails
Can anyone tell me if there is a way to stop the hordes of unsold item emails coming through please? I don't mind the Sold ones to bring them to my attention although I do check EBay Orders regularly so wouldn't really matter if they didn't get through either. I'm having to check my email Inbox very carefully to find…

unregistered business seller rant.
I am wondering why anyone bothers properly registering as a business when some sellers seem to get away with running mini empires on ebay all under the guise of a private seller. It's been years since I bothered reporting any as ebay just don't seem bothered , but I'm irritated this evening as I've been casually browsing…
