How to track fees?

Hello! I've recently started selling stuff on eBay and would like to properly track what I earn. I'm wondering what people use to calculate their profits after eBay and Paypal fees? Is there a spreadsheet or online tool that gives a clear breakdown that you can recommend? Thanks!

I'm not sure if there's anything especially designed for it, but I have my PayPal account as one of my accounts in You Need A Budget. All my fees/postage/packaging gets paid for out of that account, and obviously the payments go in, so that makes it fairly easy to keep track.
