Is it possible to filter by seller location? For various reasons (quality, speed of delivery, potential for import duty etc) I prefer to buy from UK based sellers. Is it possible to filter to show only UK based sellers or is it just a matter of trawling through in the hope of finding them? TIA W

When a refund is made by echeque is that because the seller didn't have the funds in paypal? If the echeque doesnt clear does that mean the seller still didn't have the funds and probably blocked ebay/paypal from getting to them?
