Ebay seller won't reply
In April 2016 I purchased a new phone off an established seller. In the last month the phone has had a problem, I have tried to contact seller with no response, now It appears I can't contact him through Ebay, I think he has blocked me. Due to the time period, Ebay have said my only course is through Trading Standards. Any…

Seller telling porkie pies.
Hello peeps, I purchased a dreamepad pillow for £90 from eBay but when it arrived I realised it was too big for my son so I returned it and purchased a smaller one from somewhere else on eBay. The seller asked why I didn't get the smaller one from him but I didn't realise he sold the smaller ones, anyway, the pillow was in…

eBay - returning iPhone - not as described
Good afternoon. I bought an iPhone from a private seller on eBay. It was described as "network unlocked". When it arrived it was locked (to an unknown, to me, network). I contacted ed the seller, who was selling on behalf of his child, and admitted that he was naive in these matters. He offered for me to return the phone…

Aramex
I sold an item on ebay and the confirmed address was Aramex, Slough which I later found out was a forwarding company. My listings clearly state I only post to the UK so was a little annoyed to incur more Paypal fees due to the transaction having to be converted to GBP. I cannot see any way to prevent buyers using Aramex or…

Seller query - how best to respond?
I listed a non working printer for sale and stated that the purchaser collected it due to size & weight (it is a printer capable of printing A1 prints). Anyway it sold to an overseas buyer and in fairness he arranged a courier. He's received it today and sent me an email saying that the bad news was that there was no…

Relisting and no returns policy.
Looking to buy a fairly heavy but potentially delicate item from eBay. Seller says no returns accepted but what happens if it comes broken? Will I get lumbered with return postage costs? Seller says it's £12.50 to send item to me. Got into an item at £250. Bid up to £300 but lost out as winning bid was £335. Not too fussed…

Why do ebay sellers list stuff for lower than the postage cost?
I was just looking for some SIM card adapters so I can use a nanoSIM in a microSIM phone. There are loads on ebay selling for 1p each with free postage. There are sellers who have sold loads of these at the same price and continue to list them. So why would a seller consistenly list and sell items that are going to make a…

reject the offer
A buyer made an offer of my ByItNow item via Cash on collection on eBay. As we agree, he would collect the item at my home a week later. Now I change my mind to sell this item and would like to sell it a month later. Do I have right to turn down this offer? If I do, will I get negative feedback the buyer.

I sold a vintage Hornsea jug on eBay. It sold for 99p plus postage and packaging. Buyer didn't pay so I opened an unpaid item case. Buyer then paid and sent me abuse saying she was in Japan and didn't have a chance to pay. She then budded on one of my other items last minute and left it another day and a half before…
