I sent 10 packages by first class on Monday and one of my buyers have emailed me to say that their game has not arrived yet. I've got a receipt saying that I paid 90p for a postage stamp, but that is all. Am I able to claim anything back from Paypal/Ebay if the package doesn't turn up?
