USPS delivery in UK

Does anyone know who delivers packages from the US sent by USPS in this country? Is it just Royal Mail? I'm waiting on a small package but according to the tracking information, delivery was attempted yesterday (at 2:54 AND 3:21pm which seems a bit odd!) but no card was left.
If I hadn't seen such riches, I could live with being poor...

I've had exactly that - delivery apparently attempted, but yet no card.....a couple of days later I got a letter from Parcelforce - I'd been got at customs
Had to pay my customs charge, plus £13.50 'fee'. They then released the parcel for delivery. Sadly the USPS track and trace system isn't that accurate once it's over here. Proud DFW Nerd 135 :cool:Sealed Pot Challenge - 0190 -
Sounds like good old parcelfarce to me, mosts USPS packages end up with them. Call your local parcelfarce depot and check with them.0
