Does a company name change void a credit agreement?
Does the name change of Lloyds TSB to Lloyds Bank invalidate a credit agreement? As far as I am concerend, I had a credit agreement with Lloyds TSB Card Services and not LLoyds Bank. Any letters i used to get were headed LloydsTSB Card Services. Now they are coming headed Lloyds Bank.
