Does a company name change void a credit agreement?

Does the name change of Lloyds TSB to Lloyds Bank invalidate a credit agreement?

As far as I am concerend, I had a credit agreement with Lloyds TSB Card Services and not LLoyds Bank.

Any letters i used to get were headed LloydsTSB Card Services. Now they are coming headed Lloyds Bank.

I've just realised - some of the letters I've received from a lender are addressed "Dear Sir". My name is not Sir and never has been. I shall cancel my repayments and ignore all further communication.
loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.
