Hi, Should everyone receiving a court claim return the Acknowledgement form regardless of whether they intend to Admit, Defend,Dispute etc? Theres no harm in getting an extra 14 days to return Admission/Defence forms. Or is there?

Satisfied default with Capquest
Hello all I have discovered on my credit file a satisfied default with Capquest. The default was dated 06/02/2006, is there any way to get this removed as I had no idea I had defaulted in the first place. The debt is now paid but I want to try and remove the stain from my credit file. Cheers Nick
