I have helped a few of my friends out who have got in to debts and just thought as I have a minute I would tell you of the positive things we did and said .
IN the years they have been in debt only one debt collector has called and went when he was told got no money ,
phone calls stopped once numbers were changed,
basic bank account was easy to get(not bankrupted)
3 threatened bankruptcie for 4k and 5k and 3k my one friend wrote to them to thank them as he couldn't afford the £750 himself none made him bankrupt
Once they sat down and worked out the debt issue the one has paid his rent,ct,wr,car tax,mot etc all on time he has also stated paying off the smaller debts with what he has spare over the last 1 year,
all the debts had everything frozen after a year and most if not all have now been sold on and he has been offered massive discounts on them all.
just thougt i would let you know of the experiences, I would also ask is it really worth banging off all these letters, stamps PO etc why not just wait stick your heals in and pay them when you can , granted a little easier if you are a tenant I suppose and they cant contact you at work .
