CCJ Payment
Hi I have a Judgment by Admission against me, is this the same as a CCJ? I had previoulsey agreed with the creditor to pay £50 a month and they said they wouldn't register a CCJ but they have  Can I clear the CCJ (which is now only £200) and have it wiped from my account, it was only sent to me this month. Thanks Vicky
