CCJ Payment

Hi

I have a Judgment by Admission against me, is this the same as a CCJ?

I had previoulsey agreed with the creditor to pay £50 a month and they said they wouldn't register a CCJ but they have

Can I clear the CCJ (which is now only £200) and have it wiped from my account, it was only sent to me this month.

Thanks
Vicky

A judgement by admission is where you have responded to the court papers and admitted the full amount claimed.

Strange you don't seem to remember doing that...

Anyway, yes, if you pay the amount off within one month it does not appear on your credit files.
  • I do remember submitting the forms, but have been screwed over my the company, as they said (outside of the courts) that if I increased my monthly payments they would not register a CCJ, but they have anyway!!
