Advice on full and final settlements please :o)

Hiya,

I have posted on here before, but have forgotten my login - haha. Just a quick question, I have a few catalogue debts, and have offered payments to them via post. The payments offered were about a third (maybe a bit more) of the original amount of the debt. Does anyone know if they are likely to accept this?
I previously wrote to the companies a week or two before using a template from CAB with a breakdown of my expenditures, and offering monthly payments to them. They accepted the offers, and I will keep to the payments if need be, but I would prefer to just pay them off - as my parents have said they will give me the money - and I will pay them back.
Any ideas on the likelihood of these offers being accepted? For example, I have offered Littlewoods £320 - total debt of around £900.

Thank you...
Hayley
