Who signed?
I sent a letter to !st Credit by special delivery to a PO Box number. I checked the Post Office website and saw that it was delivered from their Reigate Office, but it doesn't say who signed for it. Can I find this out somewhere, or is the PO site sufficient confirmation of deliver?y
