I had only one problem some time ago but when I rang them they were fine (nice in fact). However it wasnt a vast amount of money & I did repay within a few weeks. I suppose it depends on the amount etc.Tallyhoh! Stopped Smoking October 2000. Saved £29382.50 so far!0

Hi run_rabbit55, why not ring them and explain your situation. No doubt they'll co-operate, it's in their interest after all. Just hold back on trying to buy anything else until you've cleared what you owe them.

I've had no problems - they are one of my bigger creditors and accepted my DMP Proposal. Haven't heard from them since, apart from statements.LBM : March 2008
