CCJ Claim advice please

Hi there
I received a CC CLaim from Northern Rock a while ago, but it's been on hold cos I wrote to the Cheif Exec of Northern Rock who offered me a Tomlin Order but it then turned out that the terms of that order were that they wanted a Voluntary Charging Order plus the full monthly repayment so we said no.
When I received the claim i filled in the admission form etc and I have now been told that they will apply for a summary judgement in 7 days. I understand that the case will then be listed for a hearing and have a couple of questions:
1 Our income has changed dramatically (for the worse) since we completed the budget form and made our offer of payment. Will we get a chance to re-submit this?
2 How do I get the case transferred to my local court?
Finally, I just spoke to a Court Clerk who told me that a summary judgement doesn't appear on your credit file - it's ony if you default on it and the creditor enforces it that doesn't sound quite right to me?
