hi i am looking for anybody who has had dealing with these bullies we need to stop these people conning innocent people out of their money they need to stop it is very unfair how they harrass and threaten people i am a single mum of four two of which have disabilities and they are claiming that i owe them money for a contact phone i never had i want to speak to people that are going through simelar things with this company i have done my recharch on them and what i have found aint good any help is apriciated x

Hi elmo, you may want to post this in the Debt Free Wannabes (aka DFW) or Vent, Bent & Heaven Sent board for better responses, but I'm sure a board guide will move it for you as soon as they can.

Remember, never deal with a debt collection company by phone: always do it in writing, and send your letters by recorded delivery. Once they agree to doing things in writing, they open themselves to charges under the harassment act if they then go on to phone excessively.
