Reclaiming bank charges, insurance whilst on DMP
Is it wise to try and claim back bank charges from your bank whilst starting on a DMP where they are owed a large chunk of money on the DMP? My worry is that they will be difficult to deal with if I take this action against them:confused:

RMA fee of £295.89 on £1600 debt
one of my creditors amex has passed on my account to RMA the fee seems excessive. i will be paying off the balance i owe in the next 6 weeks. The question is should i really have to pay this fee when i have told amex of my situation and have been making token payments to them.
