the late payments charges have started

Has anyone had defaults removed ?
Hi I have read on the C.A.G website about removing defaults from your credit file. They do a template letter which basically says you do not continue to consent to your information being shared after a default has been payed off. I just wondered if any body had actually managed to do this and have it removed. Mish x
