the late payments charges have started

I have sent some letters to the creditors. i dont have a landline as i got disconnected. banks have started to charge me for late payment now. as i only paid them a £1 (token payment) so now i owe £12 more than before so disheartening. back from my hol and starting again as i did not write what i spent. start again today. did not use credit cards though.

2. Have you contacted CCCS / PayPlan / the debt management team in Citizens Advice Bureau for free advice?
