Personal Allowance to rise by £1,000--I dont understand....
in April next year the personal allowance will rise to £7,475, from £6,475. The newspapers are saying that means the average person will be £170 better off. This I dont understand. Surely they will be £1,000 better off? Can some one explain this to me please. Thankyou
