I cannot find anything about them. Are they no to benefit from the increase in personal allowances?

    Pensioners will be phased out. The pension age will be gradually raised until it exceeds the average life expectancy.
    If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

    More or less. Not so long ago men would probably draw their pensions for about 5 years or so before the Grim Reaper struck. My father, who died 5 years ago drew the state pension for almost 25 years. Common sense says there clearly won't be anywhere near enough money in pension pot if a lot of pensioners draw their pension for a quarter of a century or more.
