Hi I have discovered that my next door neighbours are in a lower countil tax band, however I live in a house and thouse in the lower tax band are bungalows. The rest of my neightbours are in houses but are in the same band as I am in. Should I try to change my tax band?

I have been trawling the web to find a reasonable accountant who will be on my side rather than HMRC's side.
