VAT Return - Recharges against Sales

Hi
When completing the VAT return can I account for recharges for advertising & marketing services that have been taken against the sales revenue from the agent company holding the revenue from our sales.
We have Invoiced for total Sales (less recharges) and they have Invoiced for their fee on the sales.
