Balance Transfer Question
I am looking to to reduce my debt by a balance transfer on my credit card. I have bad credit but have found a 0% for 6months with a 3 % fee. My question is, if I get to the 6months and it looks like I’m not going to clear the balance, could I do a balance transfer again with the outstanding balance?

Do balance transfers / money transfers affect credit rating any differently?
Currently two-thirds of the way through a three year Sharesave scheme. I've built up a balance on a 0% on spending card, that the Sharesave will pay off in full (and hopefully, return a decent profit too). I have no other debts and rigidly stick to the X a month spend on the card , which matches the Sharesave monthly…

No Eligibility for 0% Purchase Card
I was just idly flipping through offers on the MSE Club, and whilst pre-approved for a couple of 0% MT cards, I apparently have no eligibility whatsoever for 0% purchase cards. I have a clean credit history, under £1000 card balance on over £38k of limit; about £11k of loan balance and a £112k mortgage. I'm not actually in…

US unboxing and review of Apple's new credit card
This video popped up on my YouTube feed. It's an unboxing and review of Apple's new credit card that's been launched in the US. I like the clean look. The linked app has a nice visual feature, whereby colours are added to an initially white image of the card to represent purchases (see 3 minutes, 22 seconds in). Love how…

Section 75 refund on construction
I've heard of people getting the cost of repairing a faulty car or the difference after selling it refunded using section 75. Would the same apply for a construction project? For example, if I got my loft extension paid for on a credit card and it was a botched job, would the bank give a refund?
