Transferring my balance from an hsbc credit card

Hi there, so I’m far from a credit card expert so I’m hoping someone can enlighten me.

I acquired the hsbc rewards card the other month and I’m now looking to balance transfer, and after researching online the Sainsbury’s credit card was the best card as it was 0% transfer fee, and would cost me nothing at all to transfer across.

I then went online after getting the Sainsbury’s credit card and it declined after numerous calls, I’ve now established that they just do not transfer that card.

This is the only reason why I got the card and all the other credit card companies will charge me for transferring the balance. Is there any suggestions, and would it be worth complaining to Sainsbury’s or would it get me absolutely nowhere?

Thanks in advance
