No Eligibility for 0% Purchase Card

I was just idly flipping through offers on the MSE Club, and whilst pre-approved for a couple of 0% MT cards, I apparently have no eligibility whatsoever for 0% purchase cards. I have a clean credit history, under £1000 card balance on over £38k of limit; about £11k of loan balance and a £112k mortgage.
I'm not actually in the market for one of these cards right now, so this is a question out of curiosity rather than need. What's likely to be the kibosh on my eligibility for a 0% purchase card. High unused limits elsewhere?
One of the the cards listed was with Barclays, with whom I already have two existing high unused limits, so that one's not unfathomable, I guess, but I was surprised not to have any options for 0% purchases at all...

Available credit vs income?
Total available credit already available to you?

Just because the MSE eligibility-checker says no, does not mean you will not be eligible for anything. If you have a good credit file, showing a solid history of successfully managing credit, then you may find that an application would be successful. Also, a lot of the issuers have their own eligibility-checker / quotation system, so you might want to try them first.I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

Yeah. Long and blemish free (other than one late payment on a credit card 5.5 years ago -- a moment of disorganisation which still stubbornly sits as the only orange mark in an otherwise endless sea of green!).
As I said, I don't need one of these right now so it's not a big deal. Was just intrigued as to what might have been going on in the background...0 -
