Halifax Credit Cards - PDF Statements
Good news, their online service is now providing PDF statements so you don't have to wait for the postman to send these. Hopefully they'll master the high tech concept of being able to pay the account directly from the online credit card pages next! (I'm guessing Lloyds TSB and BoS have had similar changes).

Credit rating as a result of credit cards
I've heard mentioned that having credit cards with credit you never use is bad for your credit rating. However, does having a balance on your card make any difference to your credit rating compared to having a credit card with no balance (assuming all payments are made on time)?
